Data Processing Agreement

How we process personal data on behalf of our customers under GDPR and similar laws.

1. Roles of the parties

When you use RevTalent to process candidate and employee data within your HubSpot portal, you act as the data controller and RevTalent acts as the data processor on your behalf.

2. Scope of processing

We process personal data only to provide the RevTalent service and in accordance with your documented instructions, unless required to do otherwise by law.

The categories of data subjects include candidates, applicants, and hiring team members. Data categories include contact details, application materials, and interview records.

3. Security measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

4. Sub-processors

We may engage sub-processors to support the service. We maintain a current list of sub-processors and impose data protection obligations on them consistent with this agreement.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside its country of origin, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection.

6. Data subject requests & deletion

We assist you in responding to data subject requests and, upon termination, will delete or return personal data in accordance with your instructions and applicable law.
