1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RevTalent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of service
RevTalent is a recruiting CRM and applicant tracking system that operates within HubSpot. Access requires an active HubSpot subscription and a valid RevTalent plan.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use RevTalent in compliance with all applicable laws, including employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection regulations.
4. Subscriptions and billing
RevTalent is billed on a per-seat basis according to the plan you select. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes are prorated on your next invoice.
5. Intellectual property
RevTalent and all associated content, trademarks, and software are the property of Rev Platform and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevTalent and Rev Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
